  • Initial Consultation

    The initial consultation will give me the opportunity to get to know you and what your fitness goals are. We will go over any injuries or health challenges you may have that could affect your PT program. During the consultation we will fill out the personal training forms and schedule your first personal training session. The cost of the initial consultation includes the time it takes me to design your personalized fitness routine.

  • Personal Training Session

    During your personal training session, I will take you through the fitness program I created based on your goals and current fitness level. I will explain and demonstrate the exercises within your program and then have you try them. This session is meant to help you become comfortable and confident with your fitness program. It also gives me the opportunity to successfully modify your fitness program based on your feedback and my observations.

    We can continue to meet for personal training sessions on regular basis depending on your availability. These following sessions will allow me to help you progress and modify exercises as needed. Meeting regularly for personal training sessions can be very beneficial to aid in program adherence, which gets you closer to achieving your goals.
